Jackson Hole Terrain is brought to you, dear Jackson Hole lover/enthusiast-reader, by a local writer via Realty Group of Jackson Hole. Spearheaded by athlete, developer and broker Rob DesLauriers, the group including Jake Kilgrow and Jeff and Kelli Ward have been practicing real estate in Jackson Hole and Teton Village for over a dozen years. They are passionate about this Jackson Hole landscape and want to share their viewpoints and insights for a good look at the lay of the land in this extraordinary environment.
Former pro and tres-extreme skier. Rob D grew up in Bolton Valley, VT where he learned to shovel snow and drive a piston bully while working for his mom and pops shop aka, beloved ski resort. Ski movies with his bros, Everest summits with the extraordinary Kit, begotten days as a North Face athlete, Rob is all about the business of fun in a mountain kind of way.
The Wards marry the best of Southern gentility (Kelli) and California cool (Jeff), which in itself, is very Jackson Hole. Kelli is an equestrian and Jeff does the cooking. Both are big on community here and bring loads of enthusiasm and expertise to the real estate scene in Jackson, especially with respect to the hotel and resort segment
Jake still pops backscratchers in Rendezvous Bowl and boasts an impressive amount of real estate deals. He is an expert in all things resort-investment both in the athletic and quality of life sense as well as with his market knowledge and approach. In his spare time, Jake hangs ten in Hawaiii and team parents two local little ripper children with his very cool wife.
